What do I need to make a reservation?

You’ll need a credit card on file when you make your reservation through OpenTable.

I can not attend. Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes! Cancel through your OpenTable confirmation email at least 48 hours in advance with no charge.
If you cancel less than 48 hours ahead or are a no-show, there is a $5 charge per person on the card on file.

Will there be a wait when I arrive?

This reservation guarantees your table, but there may be a short wait as tables are cleaned and reset.

Where do I enter?

MB: Enter through the Retail Shop! It’s stocked with pirate, princess, and mermaid treasures to get your little adventurers ready.

GS:  Find your way to the beach and enter by the Host stand.

How long should I expect to be there?

Plan for about one hour total: breakfast, the show, and photo time.

Will there be time for photos?

Yes! After the treasure hunt and throughout the meal, pirates and princesses will visit tables for pictures.

Absolutely! If there are Golden Tickets left, you can upgrade at check-in or visit TheHangout.com/Golden.

How much does the Golden Ticket cost?

$80 per child (on top of the free general reservation).

Do I have to pay $80 in addition to my breakfast price?

No. The regular breakfast show reservation is free — you simply pay $80 if you want to upgrade your child to Golden Ticket status.

Does everyone need a Golden Ticket?

Only the children who want the full VIP experience need a Golden Ticket. Parents and additional guests can enjoy priority seating with the Golden child.

Can I gift the Golden Ticket to someone?

Yes! Just include the child’s name when purchasing so we can prepare their certificate.

I can’t attend the day I booked. Can I use the Golden Ticket another day?

Golden Tickets are date-specific. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will incur a $5 fee per person.

Will my child still get their photo and name on the screen if I purchase the Golden Ticket the same day?

Photos on Hangout TV are guaranteed only for Golden Tickets purchased 24 hours or more in advance. Same-day purchases will still enjoy all the other VIP perks.

Do I have to make a reservation or can I walk in?

Reservations are highly recommended! Walk-in Golden Ticket upgrades are limited and based on availability.
